  Lawn-Pro Trailers® Are Sold As A "Turn Key* - "Ready To Go In Service" Trailer.  The Customer Doesn't Have To Bother With Buying A Trailer, Then Buying A Storage Box, Weed Eater Racks And Rake & Shovel Holders And Then Have Them Installed.   Also, The "Low Deck" Feature Is Very Hard To Find On A Single Axle Utility Trailer.

    The storage box also has an option of coming with a lockable lid that is not shown in this picture..  Since the box is integrated in the trailer frame the storage box sides are lower so loading and unloading is much easier.  The box is great for gas cans blowers hand tools....ect.  (Customers love that they don't have to buy a separate box, have it installed and have to climb into the trailer every time they need gas, a blower, weed eater string,..ect....)
 
 

   The weed eater rack on these trailers will lock all 3 positions with one lock and they do not have any loose pins to get lost.  (The new models have plastic protectors on the rods)
 
  These trailers also have heavy duty 14 gauge diamond tread fenders.  14 gauge is much heavier than the standard sheet metal fenders  This helps avoid damage and getting dinged up or bent and they are great for standing on with the anti-slip diamond tread.
 

 


 

 
SERV-PRO TRAILERS
 
 
  These trailers were built for a local "ServPro"  They are painted the company color and are built with a extra heavy duty tongue jack (employees kept tearing up the jacks on their old trailers)  These trailers have reinforced 4' sides to withstand the heavy everyday usage they put them through usually loading them with damaged construction materials that are taken to the trash dump or items that are put into storage until repair construction is completed.  They also have the tighter 3/4" #9 expanded metal sides (mesh) to keep debris from falling out the trailer but still allow air to go through for less wind drag and to improve full mileage.  (Trailers with high sides that are solid are like pulling a kite down the road because of wind drag)

The "MIX N HAUL®" Trailer
(FOR PORTABLE MIXERS & EQUIPMENT)
 
 
   This is the MIX N HAUL® model MH601215S-3SG.  The trailer bed size is 5' Wide X 12' Long  The overall width is only 6-1/2'  The trailer will fit in your garage, between gates and between fence sections for access to hard to get places.  This trailer also has a removable side loading gate for loading.
 
  Our popular MIX N HAUL® Trailers have been specially engineered to carry a mortar or concrete mixer.  The mixer is mounted on the back of the trailer so you have plenty of room for sand, cement mix and additional equipment on the trailer bed and a loading gate on the side of the trailer. 
  The proven design of these trailers handles the additional weight and stress of the mixer along with axle positioning located so the trailer is balanced so you can load the trailer and have the proper tongue weight when loaded.  The rear of the trailer is designed and reinforced to accommodate the mixer along with a wheelbarrow access for pouring.

 "FEATURES"
 
  This MIX N HAUL® trailer come with a Heavy Duty 2-5/16" 10K Rated Ball Coupler,  5K Tongue Jack, Safety Chains, Light Protectors, LED Lights, 7-Pin Plug  connected in a junction box.  All the trailer wiring is routed through steel conduit to protect the wires & keep them from hanging, dry-rotting  and impact damage.  3,500lbs rated cambered axle with EZ-Lube fittings.  15" tires & wheels.  The maximum load rating on this trailer is 2,995lbs and they have a 3,500lbs rated axle.  The Axle has brake flanges so if you were to decide to add brakes in the future they can easily be bolted to the axle.  The electric brakes can be wired directly to the 7-Pin Plug that is on the trailer at the junction box.  (Trailers with a GVW rating under 3,000lbs are not required to have brakes)

  Solid Steel Sides:  16 gauge smooth steel sides with reinforcements.
 
  Grating on Sides:  Grating sides keep your load contained if its loose or bulky along with having less wind drag while towing.
 
  Higher Sides:  The Standard side rail height is 15"  Side rail heights are available 18" 24" 36" or 48"
 
 
Stake Pockets:  Stake Pockets gives you the option to add additional height to the sides of the trailer.
 
  Swing Gate:  A Swing Open Gate on the side is available if you do not need the ramp.
 
  Electric Brakes:  Brakes are an option for additional stopping power but are not required on trailers rated under 3,000lbs GVW.
 
  Removable Side Gate-Ramp:  The Side Gate is available in different lengths.  Anywhere from 15" to 60" Long.  The gates have HD hinges and are easily removed by  sliding them to the side when open. 
 
  Axle Upgrade:  Single Axle Trailers can be upgraded to a Heavy Duty 5200lbs axle with 6 lugs and 3" axle tube.
 
  Heavy Duty Trailer Options:  Trailers can be upgraded to Single Axle 5,200lbs.  Tandem Axle 7,000lbs, 10,400lbs, 12,000lbs, 14,000lbs+  They are also available different bed sizes.

ROLLBACK TRAILERS "Automatic-Tilt" 

(No Hydraulics or Special Connections)

 

    Roll-Back Trailers were specifically designed to make trailer loading & hauling very simple and easy.   They can be towed with about any vehicle with no special wiring or hookups.  There are no heavy ramps to carry around or worry about falling off and there are no hydraulic lines, hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump to leak or battery to go bad.

   The trailer angle is only 5 degree when tilted.  Loading and unloading is very easy and damage free.  Non running cars, low race cars or any vehicle that has low ground clearance can be loaded very easily without the vehicle bumper dragging or hitting the trailer.  

   Trailer operation:  First you release the spring loaded auto-latch lock pins, then you set the brake on the trailer that locks the wheels, then you back up your truck as the trailer deck rolls back and tilts to the ground.  Once the vehicle is on the trailer just pull your truck forward and the trailer deck moves forward and automatically locks in place.  These trailers are very unique and have many advantages over any trailer with ramps or simple tilt trailers.  People are always amazed when they see a Rollback Trailer being used for the first time.

H-D UTILITY TRAILERS
 
  The yellow and red trailers below are just standard utility trailers with 24" sides.  They have the tighter pattern 3/4 # 9 expanded metal sides. (mesh)
  These are some of our most popular utility trailers.  They come 6' wide, 6'6" wide or 7' wide and with 14" 24" or 48" high sides.  All of these utility trailers come with 15" wheels/tires.   (Smaller 12" & 13" are prone to wheel bearing issues because of the higher speeds they spin - They are common on light duty axles)  We only use 3,500 lb or greater axle capacity axles. 
 
   These trailers are also available with a "drop axle-low deck" option that is great for motorcycles especially if they have a lot of rake.  Drop axle trailers lower the bed height and decrease the ramp angle to help keep the motorcycle frame from hitting the trailer when loading.  Of course they are of great interest to people with four wheelers and small lawn care businesses......along with the general homeowner that just wants a quality trailer/
 
  The red trailer has a pipe top rail and the yellow trailer has angle.  These trailers come with 3,500 lb axle standard and can be upgraded to a 5,200 lb axle.    The floor is 2" X 10" treated wood.  the wiring is enclosed in steel conduit,  The jack is a 5,000 lb tongue mount.  High mounted tail lights for good visibility in traffic and bad weather.  The lights have light protectors also.

  Our trailers have been specially designed with many useful features and options that cant be found anywhere else.  Throughout many years of experience repairing trailers, we have had the opportunity to recognize many flaws in competitors trailers and we have made many improvements and upgrades.    We only use quality parts on our trailers.  We do not sacrifice quality by using inexpensive parts just to save money or take inadequate shortcuts to speed up production.
 
  All of our trailers are built on specially constructed JIG/fixture tables with alignment fixtures to assure proper alignment, durability and consistency.  This attention to detail and quality helps avoid unnecessary fatigue, structural stress and helps eliminate tire wear on our trailers.

 Welding the trailer crossbeams together drastically increases the structural integrity of the trailer and helps eliminate trailer torsional twisting, flexing and swaying.   (A common issue with utility trailers when loaded - it also helps decrease tire tread wear due to swaying along with making them safer to tow)  This feature has proven to be excellent for marketing also because of the additional structural integrity that it adds to the trailers.
